Left Hand Workout đź’Ş

Hi! Here’s a collection of left hand exercises that I give to my intermediate students looking to hone their technique.

The neat thing about developing the left hand is that it tends to transcend genre. I’ve noticed “style / genre” tends to be defined more by RH technique (picking vs strumming vs finger style, etc.) whereas a strong and flexible left hand will carry you through almost any style you encounter.

So run through these daily for a few months and you’ll develop strength and flexibility that’ll apply to whatever it is you want to play!

You’ll find all the directions you’ll need in the pdf.
Enjoy! ✌️
